Brickell penthouse
The clients wanted their highrise apartment to present a lush interior with lavish extravagant style exhibited by the furniture and materials. Keeping in line with the brief, a curvilinear comfortable sofa was brought into the space centered to the whole open living/ dining & kitchen space. An earthy color palette was implemented by incorporating beige, grey, and white fabrics, with heavy texture wooden laminates and white clear marble flooring. A large TV unit, aligned with the sofa, was designed with symmetrical open storage on either side and a large white book matching the marble used in the center which acts a focal point for the whole space.
The Sofa is bedecked with the full length Wine unit on one side and a spacious dining on the other. The Wine-Unit immaculately fits into the interior, camouflaged into whole design but also acting as a separate unique element with salient feature like the large glass display wine racks and open storage enhanced with warm strip lighting highlighting the beautiful wooden texture. The dining employs a eccentric table with discernible texture with a snug and cozy chair accentuated with a dark metal lighting fixture, which ties in the whole dining space.
