IRIS wellness center

The IRIS wellness center was purposefully designed to exhibit a serene and calm interior environment. This has been achieved by the use of white and warm tone materials in the walls, floors and fabrics. Further a connection with the central central green core also makes the space more vibrant with bright natural lighting and invigorating garden and ocean views.

Engaging elements like interactive walls have been employed to keep the users entertained and exercise their intellectual capacity. Comfortable seating pockets, overlooking the central core, have been integrated into the main circular pathway to provide the users with restful spaces along
the circulation.

The Entry is designed with a lush reception desk with a grand marble backdrop to remain warm and welcoming.

The flooring is strategically incorporated with clearly defined vibrant strips which will serve as a wayfinder and help the user better navigate the space.

The open breakout space is designed with inbuilt seating along the wall and windows overlooking the ocean and filled with comfortable group seating layouts around the space for various activities.

The central green core has an organic pathway with green pockets inbetween which are filled with lush greenery, benches and light exercise equipment. The green core is sheltered with a tactile fabric roof which is designed in tessellation patterns.

Another unique element of this project is the beach room. This semi-open area opens onto the ocean and is filled with sand and beach seating to mimic a beach environment. The retractable roof employed in this space makes it easier to enjoy sunny days while also having the ability to provide shelter during harsher conditions.
